JAZ by Ana Roš

When Ana started thinking of Jaz, she wanted a place that would give a feeling of her living room in an urban space. She would rather not create another fine dining restaurant, but a young dining concept with great food that follows the rhythm of the city markets, signature cocktails, juices, wine, and music. An atmosphere that makes you relax and forget a long day. A place to go back to every day. An all day dining concept – from breakfast to lunch to dinner. As the night approaches, the lights get dimmed and the music gets louder.

It all started in Ljubljana, in the green heart of the Slovenian capital, when a man came and said: ''Hey, this place is great! I came for a glass of wine and I finished eating the whole menu. Let's make another Jaz.'' And so the story continues.
