About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences with consistency, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Working closely with the kitchen, bar, and leadership teams, you'll ensure the service standards and values of the Ana Roš Group are maintained at all times.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the front-of-house team
Deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences
Maintain high standards of service, organisation and hospitality
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
Train, mentor and develop future hospitality leaders
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture
About You
You are an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for service, food, and people.
Proven leadership experience in a quality restaurant environment
A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and wine
The ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams
Strong organisational and operational skills
Financial awareness and an understanding of restaurant performance
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
