About the Role
As Head Chef, you will oversee the daily operation of the kitchen, ensuring outstanding quality, consistency and execution. Working closely with the Executive Chef, you'll lead and develop your team, fostering future talent while upholding the culinary standards and values of the Ana Roš Group.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the kitchen team
Deliver consistently exceptional food and presentation
Maintain high standards of quality, organisation and hygiene
Support menu development and operational excellence
Train, mentor and develop future talent
Foster a positive, collaborative kitchen culture
About You
You are an experienced chef with strong leadership skills and passion for outstanding food.
Experience leading a high-performing kitchen
Strong leadership and team development skills
A deep respect for ingredients, seasonality, and craftsmanship
Excellent organisational and operational abilities
A calm and focused approach under pressure
High standards of quality and consistency
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
