Ana opened the bakery for her young talented baker. A fairy tale place with flowers printed on the ceiling and the view over the small production. The first morning the doors of Pekarna Ana opened, Ana found a long line of people, waiting to enter, taken away by the smell of the freshly baked bread, croissants, muffins, and pastel de nata. Later on, Ana thought of gourmet sandwiches that can replace lunch or brunch.
Pekarna Ana today reflects Ana's wish to work close to nature and its cycles. Whenever you walk down Slovenska cesta and notice the addicting smell of the sourdough bread, you need to stop and have a bite – irresistible!
