We are incredibly excited to welcome three of the world’s most celebrated chefs to Hiša Franko for Forces of Nature, a series of exclusive 4‑hands dinners. Across three special evenings throughout the year, Clare Smyth from Core by Clare Smyth in London, Eric Vildgaard from Jordnær in Copenhagen and Himanshu Saini from Trèsind Studio in Dubai will cook side by side with our chef Ana Roš, each bringing their own culinary language, cultural perspective and signature dishes to Kobarid. Together, they will create once‑in‑a‑lifetime menus shaped by dialogue, place and a shared passion for unforgettable gastronomy.
